This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21416) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PRPF31, targeting the amino acid region 101–212 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PRPF31 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PRPF31 is a component of the spliceosome complex. It is recruited to introns following the attachment of U4 and U6 RNAs and the 15.5K protein. The addition of PRPF31 is crucial for the transition of the spliceosomal complex to the activated state. DPABH-21416 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:2,000–1:16,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF-P (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-21416 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
