This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11009) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PRELID1, targeting the amino acid region 66–192 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PRELID1 from rat and mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PRELID1 (PRELI domain-containing protein 1) is a mitochondrial protein that acts as a key cytoprotectant, regulating cell death, differentiation, and mitochondrial lipid metabolism. It functions within the intermembrane space to transfer phosphatidic acid (PA) to the inner membrane for cardiolipin synthesis, crucial for maintaining respiratory chain stability.
DPABH-11009 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-11009 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
