This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05229) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PPP1R13L. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PPP1R13L from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. PPP1R13L (Protein Phosphatase 1 Regulatory Subunit 13 Like), also known as iASPP or RAI, is a key regulator protein that inhibits apoptosis by binding to p53 and NF-κB. It acts as an oncoprotein by promoting tumor growth, inhibiting cell death, and accelerating cancer progression. Additionally, it is linked to severe childhood-onset cardiomyopathy.
DPABH-05229 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:25–1:100) applications.
DPABH-05229 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
