General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12268) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PPP1R11, targeting the amino acid region 20–118 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PPP1R11 from rat and mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PPP1R11, officially known as protein phosphatase 1 regulatory inhibitor subunit 11, is a protein-coding gene in humans that encodes a multifunctional protein serving as a specific inhibitor of protein phosphatase 1 (PP1) with differential sensitivity to its metal-independent and metal-dependent forms, while also functioning as an atypical E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase. Located on chromosome 6p22.1 within the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I region, the gene spans approximately 9 kb with four exons and exhibits ubiquitous expression, with the highest levels observed in the small intestine and thyroid gland.
DPABH-12268 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-12268 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
