It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PPP1R10, or Phosphatase 1 Nuclear-Targeting Subunit (PNUTS), is a crucial protein-coding gene located on human chromosome 6p21.33 that functions as a regulator of protein phosphatase-1 (PP1). It acts as a multifunctional nuclear-targeting subunit for PP1, controlling its activity in DNA damage response, cell apoptosis, transcription, and chromatin structure maintenance. DPABH-25615 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) application. DPABH-25615 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
