This product (Catalog No. DPABH-00434) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PPID, targeting the amino acid region 281–370 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PPID from rat, mouse, sheep, horse, cow, and pig. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase (PPIase) family. PPIases catalyze the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides and accelerate the folding of proteins. This protein has been shown to possess PPIase activity and, similar to other family members, can bind to the immunosuppressant cyclosporin A.
DPABH-00434 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), flow cytometry (FC) (1 μg/test), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-00434 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
