General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02645) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PDE9A, targeting the amino acid region 21–120 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PDE9A from mouse, rat, pig, cow, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene catalyzes the hydrolysis of cAMP and cGMP to their corresponding monophosphates. The encoded protein plays a role in signal transduction by regulating the intracellular concentration of these cyclic nucleotides. Multiple transcript variants encoding several different isoforms have been found for this gene.
DPABH-02645 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-02645 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
