This product (Catalog No. DPABH-00548) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PAF1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PAF1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a subunit of the polymerase associated factor (PAF1) complex. The PAF1 complex interacts with RNA polymerase II and plays a role in transcription elongation as well as histone modifications including ubiquitylation and methylation. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene. DPABH-00548 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:300) application. DPABH-00548 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
