This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14071) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human P2RY4, targeting the amino acid region 151–250 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with P2RY4 from mouse, rat, pig, and cow. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The product of this gene belongs to the family of G-protein coupled receptors. This family has several receptor subtypes with different pharmacological selectivity, which overlaps in some cases, for various adenosine and uridine nucleotides. This receptor is responsive to uridine nucleotides, partially responsive to ATP, and not responsive to ADP.
DPABH-14071 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) application.
DPABH-14071 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
