General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13502) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human P2RY4. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The product of this gene belongs to the family of G-protein coupled receptors. This family has several receptor subtypes with different pharmacological selectivity, which overlaps in some cases, for various adenosine and uridine nucleotides. This receptor is responsive to uridine nucleotides, partially responsive to ATP, and not responsive to ADP.
DPABH-13502 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:25–1:100) applications.
DPABH-13502 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
