This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20427) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human OSGEPL1, targeting the amino acid region 1–261 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human OSGEPL1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Required for the formation of a threonylcarbamoyl group on adenosine at position 37 (t(6)A37) in tRNAs that read codons beginning with adenine. DPABH-20427 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:20–1:200) applications. DPABH-20427 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
