General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10776) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NOVA2, targeting the amino acid region 401–492 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NOVA2 from rat, mouse, chicken, dog, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables sequence-specific mRNA binding activity. Involved in neuron differentiation and regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm and nucleus. DPABH-10776 is suitable for use in flow cytometry (FC) (1 μg/test) application. DPABH-10776 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
