General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17136) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human NR2F2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NR2F2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the steroid thyroid hormone superfamily of nuclear receptors. The encoded protein is a ligand inducible transcription factor that is involved in the regulation of many different genes. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. DPABH-17136 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:25–1:100) applications. DPABH-17136 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
