General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02635) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human NPRC, targeting the amino acid region 48–378 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Natriuretic peptide receptor C/guanylate cyclase C (atrionatriuretic peptide receptor C), also known as NPR3, is an atrial natriuretic peptide receptor. The family of natriuretic peptides elicit a number of vascular, renal, and endocrine effects that are important in the maintenance of blood pressure and extracellular fluid volume. NPR3 has 3 isoforms with MWs of 37~60 kDa produced by alternative splicing. DPABH-02635 is suitable for use in IHC (1:100–1:400) application. DPABH-02635 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
