This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16326) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NONO, targeting the amino acid region 21–120 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NONO from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes an RNA-binding protein which plays various roles in the nucleus, including transcriptional regulation and RNA splicing. A rearrangement between this gene and the transcription factor E3 gene has been observed in papillary renal cell carcinoma. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described. Pseudogenes exist on Chromosomes 2 and 16.
DPABH-16326 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-16326 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
