This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20360) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human NOL7. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NOL7 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene localizes to the nucleolus, where it maintains nucleolar structure and cell growth rates. The encoded protein also functions as a tumor suppressor and regulator of angiogenesis. The RB tumor suppressor gene recruits transcription factors to this gene and positively regulates its expression. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene. DPABH-20360 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:3,000) application. DPABH-20360 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
