This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03562) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human NHEJ1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Double-strand breaks in DNA result from genotoxic stresses and are among the most damaging of DNA lesions. This gene encodes a DNA repair factor essential for the nonhomologous end-joining pathway, which preferentially mediates repair of double-stranded breaks. Mutations in this gene cause different kinds of severe combined immunodeficiency disorders. DPABH-03562 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:20–1:100) applications. DPABH-03562 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
