This product (Catalog No. CPBT-48527RM) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against mouse TPBPA, targeting the amino acid region 19–100 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by protein A. TPBPA (Trophoblast-specific protein alpha) is a protein marker and gene (Tpbpa) expressed in the ectoplacental cone and spongiotrophoblast layer of the mouse placenta. It serves as a precursor for various trophoblast subtypes, including glycogen trophoblast cells and specific giant cells, playing a key role in placental development and maternal-fetal interaction.
CPBT-48527RM is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CPBT-48527RM is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
