General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24133) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MYO1E, targeting the amino acid region 1–350 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human MYO1E from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MYO1E, also named as Myosin-Ie and MYO1C (distinct from the MYO1C gene located on chromosome 17), encodes a member of the nonmuscle class I myosins which are a subgroup of the unconventional myosin protein family. The unconventional myosin proteins function as actin-based molecular motors. This protein localizes to the cytoplasm and may be involved in intracellular movement and membrane trafficking. Mutations in this gene are the cause of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis-6. DPABH-24133 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-24133 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
