This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01736) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human MT-CO3, targeting the amino acid region 25–130 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MT-CO3 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to contribute to cytochrome-c oxidase activity. Involved in respiratory chain complex IV assembly. Located in mitochondrial membrane. Part of respiratory chain complex IV. Implicated in MELAS syndrome.
DPABH-01736 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-01736 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
