This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19087) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human COX1, targeting the amino acid region 401–500 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with COX1 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Contributes to cytochrome-c oxidase activity. Predicted to be involved in aerobic respiration; positive regulation of vasoconstriction; and respiratory electron transport chain. Located in mitochondrial membrane. Part of respiratory chain complex IV.
DPABH-19087 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-19087 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
