This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02539) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MINK1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MINK1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a serine/threonine kinase belonging to the germinal center kinase (GCK) family. The protein is structurally similar to the kinases that are related to NIK and may belong to a distinct subfamily of NIK-related kinases within the GCK family. Studies of the mouse homolog indicate an up-regulation of expression in the course of postnatal mouse cerebral development and activation of the cJun N-terminal kinase (JNK) and the p38 pathways.
DPABH-02539 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:300) applications.
DPABH-02539 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
