General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20091) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LYNX1, targeting the amino acid region 21–131 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human LYNX1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. LYNX1, also named as SLURP2, is a neuronal membrane molecule related to snake a-neurotoxins able to modulate nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs). It acts in different tissues through interaction to nAChRs to balance neuronal activity. DPABH-20091 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:500) application. DPABH-20091 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
