General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28369) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LMOD1, targeting the amino acid region 29–187 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The leiomodin 1 protein has a putative membrane-spanning region and 2 types of tandemly repeated blocks. The transcript is expressed in all tissues tested, with the highest levels in thyroid, eye muscle, skeletal muscle, and ovary. Increased expression of leiomodin 1 may be linked to Graves' disease and thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy.
DPABH-28369 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:200) application.
DPABH-28369 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
