This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12751) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LMF1, targeting the amino acid region 286–486 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human LMF1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. LMF1, also named as C16orf26 and TMEM112, is involved in the maturation of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) and hepatic lipase in endoplasmic reticulum. It is required for maturation and transport of active lipoprotein lipase (LPL) through the secretory pathway. DPABH-12751 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:20–1:200) applications. DPABH-12751 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
