General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14808) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LENG9, targeting the amino acid region 130–479 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. LENG9 is rarely reported in the literature. GO function analysis revealed that the molecular function of LENG9 is metal ion binding (GO:0046872), and the BioGRID database showed that LENG9 has 6 interactors, including C9ORF41, B4GALT2, CDC5L, D2HGDH, FOXS1 and OGT. Studies have shown that LENG9 may play an oncogenic role in tumor pathogenesis by promoting tumor cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. (PMID: 35538075).
DPABH-14808 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:20–1:200), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications.
DPABH-14808 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
