This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21297) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LDHAL6A, targeting the amino acid region 10–190 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LDHAL6A from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. LDHAL6A (Lactate Dehydrogenase A-Like 6A) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 11p15.1 that functions as a testis-specific L-lactate dehydrogenase, catalyzing the interconversion of pyruvate and lactate. It plays a role in spermatogenesis and has been implicated in promoting cancer cell metabolism, growth, and metastasis, particularly in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).
DPABH-21297 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-21297 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
