This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20318) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human KIF26B. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with KIF26B from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is an intracellular motor protein thought to transport organelles along microtubules. The encoded protein is required for kidney development. Elevated levels of this protein have been found in some breast and colorectal cancers. DPABH-20318 is suitable for use in IHC 1 (50-1:200), WB 1 (500-1:2000), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications. DPABH-20318 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
