This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20310) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human KIF26B, targeting the amino acid region 151–355 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human KIF26B from canine. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. KIF26B is a member of kinesin-11 family and plays important role in embryogenesis. It is a downstram target of Sall1 and is essential for kidney development. KIF26B is also involved in tumorigenesis. DPABH-20310 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:20–1:200) applications. DPABH-20310 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
