This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23527) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human KDM8. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with KDM8 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene likely encodes a histone lysine demethylase. Studies of a similar protein in mouse indicate a potential role for this protein as a tumor suppressor. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described. DPABH-23527 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000) application. DPABH-23527 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
