This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11967) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human KDM5A. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with KDM5A from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the Jumonji, AT-rich interactive domain 1 (JARID1) histone demethylase protein family. The encoded protein plays a role in gene regulation through the histone code by specifically demethylating lysine 4 of histone H3. The encoded protein interacts with many other proteins, including retinoblastoma protein, and is implicated in the transcriptional regulation of Hox genes and cytokines. This gene may play a role in tumor progression.
DPABH-11967 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications.
DPABH-11967 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
