General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24276) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human KCNIP4, targeting the amino acid region 1–250 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human KCNIP4 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Regulatory subunit of Kv4/D (Shal)-type voltage-gated rapidly inactivating A-type potassium channels. Probably modulates channels density, inactivation kinetics and rate of recovery from inactivation in a calcium-dependent and isoform-specific manner. In vitro, modulates KCND2/Kv4.2 and KCND3/Kv4.3 currents. DPABH-24276 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) application. DPABH-24276 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
