General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21634) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human KCNA3, targeting the amino acid region 105–230 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. KCNA3 is a human gene that encodes the Kv1.3 protein, a voltage-gated potassium channel belonging to the shaker-related subfamily (Kv1), which mediates the voltage-dependent potassium ion permeability of excitable cell membranes to facilitate repolarization following action potentials. This channel is characterized by six membrane-spanning domains and a shaker-type repeat in the fourth transmembrane segment, and the gene is located on chromosome 1p13.3, clustered with KCNA2 and KCNA10.
DPABH-21634 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:4,000–1:8,000), IHC (1:50–1:100), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) applications.
DPABH-21634 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4, 50% Glycerol, 0.05% Proclin 300. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
