This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27529) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human JAK3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with JAK3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Janus kinase (JAK) family of tyrosine kinases involved in cytokine receptor-mediated intracellular signal transduction. It is predominantly expressed in immune cells and transduces a signal in response to its activation via tyrosine phosphorylation by interleukin receptors. Mutations in this gene are associated with autosomal SCID (severe combined immunodeficiency disease). DPABH-27529 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:300), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:200–1:1,000), ELISA (1:20000) applications. DPABH-27529 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
