General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22216) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human JAK3, targeting the amino acid region 46–209 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human JAK3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Janus kinase 3 (JAK3) is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase enzyme encoded by the JAK3 gene on chromosome 19p13.11 in humans, belonging to the Janus kinase (JAK) family alongside JAK1, JAK2, and TYK2. It serves as a critical mediator in intracellular signaling pathways activated by cytokines, particularly those utilizing the common gamma chain (γc) of receptors such as IL-2R, IL-4R, IL-7R, IL-9R, IL-15R, and IL-21R, enabling immune cell development, proliferation, differentiation, and function. Expressed predominantly in hematopoietic cells, including lymphoid and some myeloid lineages, JAK3 is essential for adaptive and innate immunity but is absent in most non-hematopoietic tissues.
DPABH-22216 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:4,000–1:8,000), IHC (1:50–1:100), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) applications.
DPABH-22216 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4, 50% Glycerol, 0.05% Proclin 300. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
