This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12727) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human INTS2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with INTS2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Component of the Integrator (INT) complex, a complex involved in the small nuclear RNAs (snRNA) U1 and U2 transcription and in their 3'-box-dependent processing. The Integrator complex is associated with the C-terminal domain (CTD) of RNA polymerase II largest subunit (POLR2A) and is recruited to the U1 and U2 snRNAs genes (Probable). Mediates recruitment of cytoplasmic dynein to the nuclear envelope, probably as component of the INT complex.
DPABH-12727 is suitable for use in WB 1 (1000), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications.
DPABH-12727 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
