This product (Catalog No. CPBT-50179RH) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ZDHHC21, targeting the amino acid region 131–240 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZDHHC21 from mouse, rat, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. ZDHHC21 is a palmitoyltransferase enzyme (Zinc finger DHHC-type containing 21) that adds palmitate to protein substrates, regulating their localization, stability, and function. Located in the Golgi apparatus and plasma membrane, it plays crucial roles in vascular function, immune cell signaling, and cancer metabolism.
CPBT-50179RH is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CPBT-50179RH is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
