This product (Catalog No. DPABH-29077) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human HSPA1A. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. HSPA1A is a human protein-coding gene that encodes the 70 kDa heat shock protein 1A (HSP70-1A), a prominent member of the heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) family essential for maintaining cellular proteostasis and responding to environmental stresses such as heat, oxidative damage, and toxins. This intronless gene, located on chromosome 6p21.33 within the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class III region, produces a chaperone protein that stabilizes nascent polypeptides, refolds misfolded proteins, and prevents aggregation to safeguard cellular function during stress.
DPABH-29077 is suitable for use in ELISA, flow cytometry (FCM), IHC, IP, Western blot (WB) applications.
DPABH-29077 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4, 50% Glycerol, 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
