It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to enable adenyl-nucleotide exchange factor activity. Involved in chaperone-mediated protein complex assembly and protein insertion into mitochondrial outer membrane. Located in cytosol and extracellular exosome. Implicated in Chagas disease. Biomarker of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; rheumatoid arthritis; type 2 diabetes mellitus; and ulcerative colitis. DPABH-00670 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-00670 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
