It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription repressor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. Predicted to be involved in regulation of neurogenesis. Predicted to act upstream of or within several processes, including nervous system development; regulation of timing of neuron differentiation; and regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to be located in chromatin. Predicted to be active in nucleus. DPABH-03168 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-03168 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
