General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03548) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human HCLS1, targeting the amino acid region 142–486 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Hematopoietic cell-specific Lyn substrate 1 (HS1, HCLS1, LckBP1 and p75) is a 75-kDa intracellular protein expressed in cells of lymphohemopoietic origin. It was originally identified in B-lymphocytes as a major substrate of B-cell receptor (BCR)-induced phosphorylation after antigen (Ag) stimulation. It's a substrate of the antigen receptor-coupled tyrosine kinase. HCLS1 plays a role in antigen receptor signaling for both clonal expansion and deletion in lymphoid cells. DPABH-03548 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:150–1:600) applications. DPABH-03548 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
