This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14666) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human H1FNT. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with H1FNT from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Essential for normal spermatogenesis and male fertility. Required for proper cell restructuring and DNA condensation during the elongation phase of spermiogenesis. Involved in the histone-protamine transition of sperm chromatin and the subsequent production of functional sperm. Binds both double-stranded and single-stranded DNA, ATP and protamine-1. DPABH-14666 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000), ELISA 1 (20000-1:40000) applications. DPABH-14666 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
