This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12454) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GINS3, targeting the amino acid region 1–216 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human GINS3 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PSF3 is a member of the heterotetrameric GINS complex which is essential for formation of replication forks and replisome progression in DNA replication. The precise function of GINS is unclear, but it is thought to activate the MCM2-7 complex and also to interact with DNA polymerases alpha and epsilon. The other members of the GINS complex are PSF1, PSF2 and SLD5. DPABH-12454 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) applications. DPABH-12454 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
