This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25088) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human GATA1, targeting the amino acid region 28–266 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a protein which belongs to the GATA family of transcription factors. The protein plays an important role in erythroid development by regulating the switch of fetal hemoglobin to adult hemoglobin. Mutations in this gene have been associated with X-linked dyserythropoietic anemia and thrombocytopenia. DPABH-25088 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. DPABH-25088 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.1M Tris, 0.1M Glycine, 10% Glycerol (pH7). 0.01% Thimerosal was added as a preservative. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
