General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-00709) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FUS. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FUS from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Fusarium is a large, widespread genus of filamentous fungi found in soil and organic matter, acting primarily as destructive plant pathogens causing wilts and rots. Certain species cause severe, often fatal, infections in immunocompromised humans (fusariosis) and produce toxic mycotoxins in crops. While mostly destructive, Fusarium venenatum is used to produce mycoprotein food.
DPABH-00709 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), IHC applications.
DPABH-00709 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
