General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23903) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human EYA2, targeting the amino acid region 201–300 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with EYA2 from rat, mouse, dog, pig, cow, horse, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the eyes absent (EYA) family of proteins. The encoded protein may be post-translationally modified and may play a role in eye development. A similar protein in mice can act as a transcriptional activator. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants, but the full-length natures of all of these variants have not yet been determined.
DPABH-23903 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-23903 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
