This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11864) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ESYT1, targeting the amino acid region 755–1104 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ESYT1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ESYT1 (extended synaptotagmin-like protein 1) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with ESYT1 include cystic fibrosis, and lung cancer. An important paralog of this gene is ESYT3. DPABH-11864 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:2,000–1:8,000) application. DPABH-11864 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
