This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04554) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ERGIC3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ERGIC3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ERGIC3 (Endoplasmic Reticulum-Golgi Intermediate Compartment protein 3), also known as Erv46, is a protein that mediates protein transport between the ER and the Golgi body. Located on chromosome 20q11.22, it plays a key role in cell growth, endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced cell death, and is often overexpressed in various cancers, including non-small cell lung cancer and liver cancer.
DPABH-04554 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), IHC applications.
DPABH-04554 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
