General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04423) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ERCC6L2, targeting the amino acid region 358–712 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ERCC6L2 , also known as RAD26L or C9orf102 belongs to the SNF2/RAD54 helicase family and is expressed in bone marrow. C9orf102 may be involved in early DNA damage response. C9orf102 is phosphorylated by NEK6. C9orf102 exists some isoforms with the molecular weight 177, 80, 60, 40 kDa.
DPABH-04423 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:500–1:2,000) applications.
DPABH-04423 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
