General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19914) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human EPB41, targeting the amino acid region 1–299 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human EPB41 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Protein 4.1 is a major structural element of the erythrocyte membrane skeleton. It plays a key role in regulating membrane physical properties of mechanical stability and deformability by stabilizing spectrin-actin interaction. Recruits DLG1 to membranes.
DPABH-19914 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:2,000–1:16,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:300–1:1,200) applications.
